Once you are registered for all of our online services, you will be able to:

  • Order your repeat prescriptions
  • Make or cancel an appointment
  • Review your medications and known allergies
  • See your blood results
  • View information from your medical record

To fully register for our online services you will need to complete both of these steps:

  1. Set up an account for Patient Access
  2. Complete the form below to request online access to your health record.
